Southwark Community Care Forum (SCCF) supports voluntary sector groups working in health and social care or with children and families in the borough. Southwark Children's and Families Alliance (SCFA ) is our children and families wing; SCCF supports voluntary and community groups working with adults. We work with a wide range of organisations, from those with just one or two people, to national charities that operate in the borough. Frequently we act as the bridge between state provision and the vital contribution of the voluntary sector. Engaging the voluntary, community and statutory sectors in partnership working is a vital role for SCCF ; ensuring the voice of the voluntary sector is heard and acted on. We actively encourage collaboration and joint working amongst the sector, realising its benefits.

This is a site for children, young people, their families and those working with them to find services and activities available in Southwark. Southwark Health and Social Care is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of the people who live in the London Borough of Southwark. We have over 2,000 staff. We deliver, manage, pay for and are responsible for a wide range of services that thousands of local people use on a daily basis. Made up of Southwark Primary Care Trust (PCT) and Southwark Social Services, we are all about breaking down organisational boundaries, integrating our services where it makes sense and creating a distinct identity through which to deliver and promote our services.
